Horizon Building Services was appointed to deliver the full mechanical package for Sapphire Court, an exciting new development in the heart of Digbeth comprising 166 apartments across six to eight storeys.

We were brought in under challenging circumstances after the original contractor went into administration, inheriting an incomplete design and a demanding recovery programme. Working closely with the design team, our engineers resolved outstanding issues and drove the project forward to meet tight timescales.

The scheme includes a mix of stylish one- and two-bedroom apartments along with 18 spacious duplexes, all served by high-efficiency mechanical systems designed and installed by our team. The project is on track for completion in Q1 2025, delivering high-quality homes to one of Birmingham’s most vibrant neighbourhoods.
