Horizon Building Services was appointed to deliver the full mechanical services package for the Waterside Apartments development in West Bridgford, Nottingham.

Our scope covered the complete design, coordination, and installation of plumbing and ventilation systems across this prestigious residential scheme. The development comprised 125 apartments, including 10 luxury penthouses, alongside two newly built towers, refurbished apartments, and commercial units at ground level.

Working closely with the client, developer, and main contractors, we successfully delivered this complex project to the highest standard. We designed and installed high-efficiency plumbing and mechanical ventilation systems tailored to the demands of modern apartment living. All systems were fully compliant with the latest building regulations and energy performance standards, with a clear focus on long-term reliability and occupant comfort.
