Horizon Building Services was appointed to deliver the full mechanical services package for the prestigious Waterside Apartments development in West Bridgford, Nottingham.

Our scope included the complete design, coordination, and installation of plumbing and ventilation systems across this landmark residential scheme. The development, formerly the Civic Centre, was transformed into 125 apartments, including 10 luxury penthouses, along with 5 commercial units. The project combined both new build elements and refurbishment works.

Working closely with the client, developer, and main contractors, we delivered this complex project to the highest standard. We designed and installed high-efficiency plumbing, mechanical ventilation systems and air conditioning tailored to the needs of modern apartment living. All systems were fully compliant with the latest building regulations and energy performance standards, with a clear focus on long-term reliability and occupant comfort.
